Hi! We are Ben and Amberlee Kessler! We are originally from Denver and Houston but have called Nashville home for the past 7 years and will probably never leave! We love Nashville and particularly east Nashville because there is always a great show to catch, lots of beautiful nature close by and some of the greatest people in the US! We love our neighborhood because it’s less than 10 minutes from all of the action of downtown/broadway - yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood that is safe and comfortable. we hope you enjoy your stay in our home that we love so much and visit us again soon!
you'll instantly be charmed with this cozy and zen filled retreat! the beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom, features a spacious and open layout, with a newly renovated kitchen, and large backyard the neutral colors and earthy accents are soothing, stylish, and the perfect backdrop for this nashville "home away from home"!
the layout:
all one level, this duplex style home has an open concept layout Upon entry, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are on display. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, newly renovated walk-in closet, and a connected Jack and Jill bathroom that is also connected to the guest bedroom with queen bed. The primary bedroom also opens into the patio and generously sized back yard.

the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors Here you'll be exactly 10 minutes to Downtown Broadway, East Nashville, and walking distance to the brand new Brooklyn Bowl!It's also located next to entrances of many major highways and thoroughfares to ensure multiple routes, and quick, easy access to all of Nashville.
house rules:
during your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
