Summary: The house is as described and is very comfortable and well equipped. The big bonus is parking for at least 4 cars, in the centre of Salcombe although there’s a steep climb up and down between the car park and house - thankfully not too long! It’s ideal for 3 couples although there is a 4th bedroom on the ground floor with a double bunk which can use the downstairs cloakroom. However you then need to use an upstairs room for a shower. There is plenty of space to sit out in the enclosed, dog friendly gardens/terraces and 2 massive drawing rooms. The house is really close to the Coop and The High Street but anyone coming to Salcombe must be aware that it’s very hilly - so getting to the shoppers takes 5 mins, getting back takes 10 and could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. That apart, this is a lovely, well maintained house with masses of space inside and out, ideally located. Highly recommended.
