We also have the La di da flat, sleeps 4, the boho flat next door, sleeps 5. Let me know the size you your group and I’ll happily put a solution together for you.

2, for large groups over 15 guests legally have to have an alarm system with a control panel, wired to each room in the house
unfortunately, more and more phone calls come to me as their host has cancelled their booking due to closure from fire safety
this is paramount for the safety of guests that this rule is squeaky clean A battery smoke alarm at the bottom of the house is no good to those at the top of the house, if a fire were to start.
ensuring all fire alarms are wired to a control panel and alarms sound in every sleeping room (An alarm in the hall way is not helpful to those who have a hearing pediment). And also, by law the alarm has to be wired to each bedroom.
