the old barn annex is a small fully self contained unit with a private entrance and private parking adjacent to the barn (see our other listing) in the heart of old amersham so the same secluded private location as the barn Access between the suite and the Barn is across the paved parking area and only about 10 metres away.
it has proved ideal for grandparents with a younger family staying in the barn - it provides a private space to retreat to for a bit of peace and quiet! note the annex is quite small and consists of the hallway, bedroom and bathroom, private parking and a small outside seating area - the most comfortable seating inside is the bed and one side of the double bed is against the wall so if you are a couple - one of you will need a bit of agility
we also have the barn next door to the annex - a lovely self contained cottage in the centre of old amersham buckinghamshire, sleeps up to 9 when combined with the annex Delightful peaceful and secluded 16th century converted barn in the heart of Old Amersham hidden away to the rear of the Crown Hotel and within 100 yards of the centre of the Old Town with its own private parking. Private, secluded and extremely comfortable with private courtyard garden and own entrance - sit in kitchen and your own Private Parking Space adjacent to the courtyard garden. Note whilst we can do up to 7 guests in The Barn - it would be a bit of a squeeze - it would require the sofa bed to be used and the put me up bed as well - its fine for children or one family with close friends but 7 adults might be a stretch. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. A sofa bed is located in the sitting room and single put you up bed is also available - with the Annex we can sleep 6 in permanent beds and up to 9 in total. the annex breakfast is limited & consists quality muesli & fresh milk which is left in the fridge - we do not provide a catered breakfast as it is a self contained private suite - we do provide chopping boards, knives etc for non cooking self catering
new 24" flat screen samsung smart tv with full sky tv services including sport secure superfast wi fi fibre broadband double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with own private entrance, parking and privacy Small hallway and outside seating. Private secure parking space Fridge, bottled water, tea, ground coffee. quality muesli & fresh milk shampoo, conditioner and toiletries hairdryer and hair straightener anything else you need - just let us know
there are six or more local cafes that provide excellent breakfasts and meals - all within very easy walking distance ie. less than 200 metres the old barn annex is just Β£89 per night

april 18 welcoming, friendly hosts A compact room but had a separate bathroom. All very clean. The double bed was really comfortable and the duvet was of a good quality. Had a really great sleep which is unusual for me when I stay away. There was even a bottle of wine win the fridge and muesli for breakfast. Definitely recommend and will stay again..
