this is a property from edwardian period and was built between 1900 and 1929 It was recently renovated and includes modern appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The apartment still has original wooden floors and stairs (one set of stairs inside to enter the apartment and another set of stairs for the third bedroom), together with original single glazed sash windows (the area is very quiet so no issues with noise there).
