Summary: The space itself is awesome, the building is beautiful and the location was fantastic. There is a ton of opportunities to make this venue a much better experience. I didn't hear anything from the host regarding check in details. It took a couple of attempts to get in touch with the property manager to find out how and when we would have access. While the interior was clean, the lack of ammenities was a bit surprising. No shower soaps or shampoos, very few drinking glasses, no extra trash bags, only a couple of basic TV channels. We found the firestick and were able to find batteries and make it work, but it should have been set up. Many of the light bulbs were burned out and didn't work, and the 2nd bedroom shower drain didn't really work so the entire bathroom flooded when used. This was also noted on a previous complaint, but I assumed it would have been addressed. There were no extra towels provided given we had a seven night stay. There was an iron, but not an ironing board. the blind in the one bedroom is broken, but was luckily in the closed position. Having been a host myself and having traveled to many short term rentals, this listing isn't quite up to snuff to it's potential.
