Modern semi-detached house in great location with leafy private garden, 1.5 miles from the city centre. Walk via the pretty canal path, or take a short bus journey.
guests have use of large bedroom with king size bed and smaller room with king size bed as well as a large open plan dining, kitchen and living area Fenced garden for pets.
a lovely cafe, a great luxury grocer and a beautiful park are all just round the corner Bruntsfield for great cafe culture is 15 mins walk away.
this is a very well kept family house and we'd welcome a family here to stay and enjoy the brilliance of edinburgh during the festival!

we have a small dog (who we adore!) so we welcome people who would want to bring a well behaved dog
