Very cozy, clean and well stocked home with great kitchen and pantry with a beautiful relaxing outdoor space.
located in quiet, family friendly neighborhood 10 minutes from awesome beaches, wineries and restaurants and 20 minutes from excellent golf courses.
private heated pool available from may 19th to end of september Hot tub available all season long.
fully licensed short term rental which complies with the new bc and kelowna city regulations
unfortunately we are no longer renting out this property to groups of individuals or bachelor/ette parties, etc.. after too many instances/complaints of such groups willfully causing excessive damage and constant noise.
we sincerely apologize to those of you who fall into this category but would still be respectful of the property We are still willing to discuss renting to you on a case-by-case basis if you would like to write to us.
