Spacious private room on the ground floor my modern 3 bedroom duplex. You have your own private entrance as well as direct washer dryer access and great Natural light. The room has a queen size bed, 42in smart tv with Netflix, Hulu & Disney plus.
also a twin size air mattress is located in the black ottoman, so the room is perfect for groups and family You also have a mini fridge in your room.
you have the entire bottom floor to your self Including a living room with a Roku TV. And a full bathroom stocked with toiletries and amenities such as a blow dryer. Hygiene is super important to me so I installed a bidet that i hope you can learn to enjoy.

if you do the septic tank will clog causing the drain to back up Its disgusting, inconvenient and will get me in trouble with the landlord. I will charge you $30 if violate that rule as it is your bathroom and your the only one using it..
