please note that our gardener and pool maintenance personnel may visit on a weekly basis to ensure the property is well-maintained If you are arriving with kids or toddlers, kindly be aware that the pool is not gated for additional safety measures.
if you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can arrange it for you, but please inform us in advance Please be aware that there will be an extra charge of $150 per night for pool heating. We want to ensure your utmost comfort and enjoyment, so feel free to let us know your preferences, and we will gladly accommodate your requests.

our smoking policy is strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a high-risk fire zone! please do not smoke inside the property! if you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.

we are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum.

we understand that sometimes accidents happen! should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. thank you!

pets must be groomed and well-trained they are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!!
