– 1 king with ensuite, bunkroom with double and 2 singles 1 is a trundle bed
✔ 2 separate living areas 1 with brand new 75inch samsung 4k smart tvs with Netflix. the second brand new 55inch samsung 4k smart tv

as a rule we only take families The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
