songbird has that wow factor it is a delightful luxurious little house, all to yourself offering the best value for money for it's size and location It's beautifully presented, spacious inside, fully equipped home from home, and super Clean! Set in a pretty little garden looking over to the forest in the corner, in a quiet leafy family suburb. Single full driveway has a single Carport, which is gated.
so close and convenient to the beach, great shopping nearby in both directions, and all the gold coast attractions are close by and easy to get to Seaworld is nearby, and easy access to freeway to get to other Theme parks.
