plenty of parking, two vehicles in driveway and two in front of house 4 car maximum. This is home on a corner lot. In a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s fine to have some beer and a glass of wine or so on the patio or wherever. However, absolutely no loud parties. Please be very courteous to neighbors on noise levels and in general.
