casa de paz is two blocks from the amazing warm turquoise water, one mile to the main town, and a five minute walk to chedruai, a large supermarket/department store located in a small mall with a movie theater and a world class gym There are many family operated restaurants and beach clubs within walking distance. The ferry to the mainland is just a 15 minute walk or two-minute taxi ride, as is the main plaza, where you will find many beautiful stores, live music, and typical Mercado (market place) a few blocks away.
our spacious home is designed for comfort and relaxation This two-story, two bedroom, two bath home has a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. Also, on the first floor is a comfy living room to lounge with friends and family or watch Premium Channels on the smart TV. Internet is provided. The futon turns into a restful double bed. There is AC and a ceiling fan in each bedroom and the living room, which can be individually controlled for your comfort level. The kitchen also has 2 ceiling fans. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath in the hallway. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bath in the hallway. And, each bedroom has blackout curtains for a good nights’s sleep. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer! There are also eco-friendly clothes lines on the terrace and the clothes dry in about an hour. The large upstairs shaded terrace— with chaise lounges and a dining table and chairs—provides plenty of shade. Watch spectacular skies with your favorite beverage or snack or take your morning coffee and pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) and feel the gentle Caribbean breezes. The terrace also has views of coconut trees, tropical plants, and visits from local birds.
