NO FEES! (new 2025!) This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard with a picnic table, umbrella, and charcoal grill for your use. The other side of the duplex shares this backyard space.

this is a simple, clean vacation rental that has everything you need for a relaxing vacation very close to the beach SALTY CABANA is the right side of a 1 level beach style duplex. There is plenty of private free parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the house.
step outside to a large, shared backyardβa great spot to relax, though itβs not fenced in (No neighbors behind the house, just an empty lot.) Take a short 5-block stroll to the Kure Beach Pier, local restaurants, and shops.
inside is an open area floorplan with the living room and kitchen for hanging out There is a small area to sit and eat.
the full bathroom has a large and clean tiled shower, and towels are provided
the bedroom features a comfortable & clean queen bed with a tv and dresser
if you have an extra guest or child, the futon in the living room folds flat to make a sleeping area Please note this is a pleather futon and is very firm. We have sheets for this sleeping area as well.
