"parK Avenue" is located in Kure Beach right along K Avenue across the street from the City Park where you'll find tennis, basketball, disc golf, a children's playground and much more. It is just over a mile from the NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher Civil War Museum, and only 5 blocks to the world famous Kure Beach fishing pier as well as shopping dining and the town center. this is a single family home with it's own private outdoor shower and a spectacular dog run! if you just need a couple bedrooms and enjoy the privacy and luxury feel of having your very own spaces - "park avenue" is the house is for you!
the 2 bedroom, 15 bath newly remodeled home is perfect for two couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and one has an extra Twin while the other has an extra Double bed! A nice full bathroom is just off kitchen area, and a brand new powder room was just added for extra comfort. There is a sleeper sofa for the kiddos.
