This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) property features a unique portion of Cavender Creek, where the creek splits in two and creates an island surrounded by nature.
the main floor features two oversized bedrooms, each with a king bed, that share a jack and jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub The main floor also features a game room in the garage (air hockey, ping pong, darts, cornhole, a putting game, and PS4) and an open living/dining area with a covered porch off the back, perfect for viewing the creek and the woods below.
upstairs is a large master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the creek
the lower level features a second kitchen, poker table, and another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a patio outside
the steps off the back of the house lead down to the creek, a perfectly quiet and private place to sit Enjoy a campfire down by the creek, or cross onto the island and enjoy a nap in the hammock.
