- there is about 350 feet of trails and stairs to access the river We think it's worth the journey, but it's not for the faint of heart, and you won't be able to bring a kayak or canoe down (tubing/swimming/fishing - no problem).
- the garage area is for laundry only and is not set up for guest parking
- there is ample parking for up to 6 vehicles No trailers, campers or RV's without approval.
- the woodstove is available for use but is difficult to get a fire started in, so use is not recommended We do not provide firewood.

• dogs are allowed with criteria and pet fee No more than 2 trained dogs. Please keep your dog(s) secured in a crate when nobody is home. Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• there is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's.
• our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a keurig & we provide both types of coffee
• we do not provide firewood but it can be purchased at any of the local gas stations or grocery stores
• we have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal
• check-in is at 4 pm. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available- if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
