This Pacific City Retreat is perfect for small groups and families. It sits nestled on the edge of the Nestucca River to the east. To the west is one row of houses, then the beach and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The house has a wonderful open floor plan so everyone can enjoy time together while relaxing and enjoying the views of wildlife along the river. The back deck is covered with stairs leading down to the backyard. Countless fish have been caught from the banks of the Nestucca right behind the house. You will see people fishing up and down the banks year-round.
upstairs you will find both bedrooms The guest bedroom is quite spacious and has its own full en suite bathroom. With a king bed and a twin bed that has a second mattress that can be pulled out below it is a wonderful option for families staying with kids. The master bedroom has plenty of room as well, an ample master bathroom as well as its own private deck overlooking the river and landscape beyond.
