we are a family renting our personal home, with that we like to be transparent and honest The home was built in 1989 and has since been remodeled, but like any older home it has a few corky features about itself. You may bump into one of these things during your stay so we will try to list them out so it's not a surprise and you don't feel mislead about the home. It's not the Four Seasons and you may come across an issue during your stay, we just ask that you contact us and allow us to correct any issues. We promise it'll be handled quickly and with minimal disturbance if any.
during your stay if you are using the a/c we ask that you please keep all of the windows and doors closed to allow for best performance of the cooling system Another reason is, those windows have a mind of their own and aren't the easiest to open & close.
guest access
you have full access to the main house The Pool & Spa and outdoor area are shared areas, but a great place to play games or relax in the sun.
the villa has 2 bedrooms , 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bath downstairs on 1st floor 1 flight of stairs to access the 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms upstairs. Outdoor spaces are shared with other guest unless you book BOTH the Cottage & Main House together.
you’ll have full access to the main house & cottage and the backyard pool area
we are not on site, but are available should you need us! please note, this home was built in 1989 and might have some minor issues during your stay we ask that you please give us the opportunity to correct any problems, hopefully nothing will come up, but if they do we will make it a priority to correct it asap!
