quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am Outside string lights will turn off at 10:00pm. No Exceptions! NO parties/events/outside noise after 10pm as this is a quiet family neighborhood. We need to keep quiet hours for our neighbors. Inside volume also has to be lower due to loud music/loud yelling may also be a disturbance/nuisance to neighbors if the noise projects outside. There are noise monitors which is required by the county to alert us of loud noise during quiet hours inside/outside. Anyone not respecting quiet hours will be reported. NOISE VIOLATIONS will result in the guest being asked to LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
pool/spa heating
the spa heating is free and included with your booking for 3 hours per day It's operated remotely by the owner, please send a message with at least 4 hours notice with the timeframe you'd like the spa heated as it takes a little over an hour to heat to desired temperature. Pool heating is available upon request. The pool stays pretty warm during the summer but can be heated with 24 hours notice for $120/day. The pool takes about 6 hours to be heated. Notice in advance is required. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in.
