due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy but the propane fire pit located outside if allowed
if it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used in the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine

you are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us That includes day guests and over night guests.
