Positive: The location on Sullivan Island was ideal, quiet and easy access to beach and restaurants
Negative: The maintenance on the property is lacking. The pool was full of algae when we arrived and the pool pump was spewing water. It took phone calls and pictures to have a pool service come and shock the pool. We as guests refilled the pool from below the skimmer. The AC stopped working on the second floor and I called and had a quick response which I appreciated and the problem was a filter that had not been cleaned to the point it made the unit overheat and stop. We noted that there was dirty cups in the kitchen, rusty pans and a pot that still had food on it. Many of the utensils had sticky handles. The glass in the microwave was missing.
