inside the property you'll find a spacious and inviting living area, furnished with a comfy sofa, a cushy chair, and two additional chairs and a coffee table A combination of both turn-of-the-century and modern vibes, a mounted flat screen TV makes it easy to have a vacation movie night, or you can just enjoy the sitting area and admire the hardwood floors, chatting with your guests! French doors lead out to a wide balcony furnished with outdoor furniture—a great place to sit outside and immerse yourself in the ocean breeze.
back inside, just off the sitting area, you'll find a four-seater dining set Take your meals at the elegant table or enjoy them al fresco out on the porch. Either way, you have options in this lovely property! From the dining area you'll find the galley-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and offers windows that let in lots of natural light. The space also offers both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig! A convenient half bath will also be found on this level, and washer/dryer.

this home is pet friendly Dogs are considered with a $400 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner and not paid by the pet fee. Please note - pets are not allowed in the pool. If pool cleaning service determines pets have been swimming in the pool during your stay, you will be charged a $250 pet fine.

Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
