• this is a duplex home and you are booking the lower unit There may be other guests in the upper unit. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. The upper unit has exclusive access to the upper deck and hot tub. You may rent both units for more space (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 floors).
