summer 2025 construction notice: roof work on building 3 will be underway from may through november 2025 During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, balconies and patios may be inaccessible, and construction noise is likely during the day. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.

• the free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from thanksgiving to easter We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• there are tesla destination chargers available in the upper snowshed parking lot - a short walk from the condo Non-Tesla EVs may use these with an J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• we have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• we will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out No one will meet you at the property.

• our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.

• winter weather is unpredictable We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
