the first floor can accommodate 6 based on one master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, a double room and one twin room (2’6” wide beds, adults also welcome!) that share a family bathroom A further double bedroom with ensuite is conveniently located on the ground floor.

the entrance (with access to a downstairs wc) leads into the dining room with a large table - perfect for dining and board games - leading into a fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction hob, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, nespresso machine, washer dryer and additional dining table and chairs
the lounge is a well-proportioned space and benefits from a smart tv, relaxing sofa’s, a log burner, and the cottage’s original front door which provides access to a small outdoor seating area and a gate which makes the walk to the beach even shorter!
accessed from the driveway, the main garden is grassed with a paved seating area and is fully enclosed for those who don’t leave home without the dog (subject to prior arrangement when booking and a small surcharge, pets are welcome provided they stay downstairs)!
