Sunshine Cottage is a delightful historic home in walking distance to the town centre in a super peaceful cul de sac. With native gardens and lots of lawn there's plenty of room for kids and pets to run around. It has four large bedrooms available and two bathrooms. The home was built in the 1880s on what was a goldmine site and is part of kalgoorlie history.

four large bedrooms and two bathrooms One with shower and one with a lovely antique bath.The fourth bedroom is very large so you can use that as an extra living space, games room for the kids etc. The yard has secure lock up fences which you can use to keep a dog safely in the back yard. Undercover parking is available for two vehicles in the car port. There is unlimited parking in the street.
