seasalter escape has recently been purpose built to very highest standards, keeping the comfort of our guests in mind This property is on a private estate, with its own private beach. So it has the benefit of not being as crowded as it is in town.
a luxurious scandi feel that is designed for a large family or friends to visit with fluid entertaining areas spreading through the kitchen, dining and the outside seating giving a great alfresco feel to the space The intimate sitting room provides guests space to enjoy hours of conversations over a few drinks.
guests will enjoy its 3 spacious bedrooms and 25 bathrooms, opulant kitchen and dining area with private south facing garden, patio, BBQ, outside dining and 4 parking spaces.
the master bedroom takes over a generous part of the sleeping quarter on the first floor With vaulted ceilings adding double ceiling heights. with a king sized bed, floor to ceiling glass window; a quite space and a luxurious en-suite. The first floor has 2 further bedrooms; one with a king bed, the second with a bunk bed and daybed that can be extended into a king bed. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses to ensure everyone is well rested for the next days adventure. You’ll also find the family bathroom on this floor.
on the ground floor the large open plan living area offers natural divison between the spaces both outside and the inside So young and old can enjoy their space. Plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. There is also a wc on this floor for ease.
the large kitchen continues the scandi feel with high spec unit and all the comfort of a family kitchen, plus a beautiful breakfast island It’s fully equipped with every appliance you’ll need, to make your time at Seasalter escape the most enjoyable stay imaginable. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with a wooden dining table that seats all 7 - 8 guests comfortably; perfect for long lunches and dinners with family and friends.
if you prefer to sit out in the sun, or extend this space into the house, open the full width bi-fold doors and enjoy our south facing garden We have also provided outdoor dining and seating so that you may relax and enjoy the seaside air. Beside the outside dining area there is a barbeque. Please use this responsibly and please clean it thoroughly after use.
dispite having a train line passing at the bottom of the back garden, with a well maintained and fully fenced garden, we assure our guests this will bring minimal noise disturbance to your stay
