this bright, spacious apartment is situated in lee se12, a safe neighborhood in south east london
the first-floor victorian apartment boasts a large master bedroom, an additional, cozy double bedroom, an open-plan dining room - living room area, a large bathroom, and equipped kitchen
just an 8-minute walk to lee station for overground services to london bridge in 15 minutes for underground jubilee line services
a great base for guests wishing to visit central london, nearby blackheath, or greenwich
the space
my comfortable victorian flat has some original features, high ceilings, a decorative (unused) brick fireplace, and wooden floors throughout most of the property It is homely in feel, with character, and is much loved. There is eclectic artwork and artifacts, potted plants, and magnets from my travels which have been left in place for guest enjoyment.
the flat is on the first floor (two floors above street level) of a shared converted victorian apartment building As this is a period property there is no lift available.

open plan dining room and comfortable sitting room area
the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with soft carpet underfoot adding a luxurious feel There is a bed, which is two single beds together. If you wish for these to be reconfigured to two single beds please allow 48 hours notice. There is ample storage space for clothing and belongings with floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes running along one length of the room- two of the doors include full-length mirrors. There is a large window that allows light to flood in. There are blinds available on this window along with some lightweight curtains. There are bedside tables and a bedside lamp on either side of the bed. This bedroom is located at the front of the property overlooking the tree-lined street.
the second bedroom is a smaller size room with a double bed pushed against the wall along one side to allow more floor space The bed is therefore only accessible from one side or the end of the bed. There is storage for clothing and belongings with a free-standing wardrobe and a separate shelving unit. There is a bedside table with a bedside lamp. There is a lightweight roller blind fitted on the window. This room is also located at the front of the property overlooking the street.
the bathroom is spacious with an over-bath shower, bath, basin, wc, and towel rail
the equipped kitchen includes an oven with an electric hob, free-standing fridge-freezer, kettle, and toaster There is also a washing machine and slim dishwasher which is discreetly located behind the fitted cabinet units. There is adequate surface space to prepare meals.
in the light, airy, and generous-sized sitting room/dining room is a tv, a sofa with cushions, an armchair, a rug, and a wooden dining room table with four chairs
some free on-street parking is available both on the road the flat is on and within adjoining roads Parking spaces are subject to availability but it is often possible to park opposite the property. Please avoid parking in any spaces marked as private property.

the home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
there will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Co-op convenience store just a short walk away on Burnt Ash Hill, towards Lee Station.

please close all windows and close the apartment door Please ensure the communal door to the building closes securely behind you to help keep the building safe.
please note there is a £100 charge for lost keys, due to lock replacement, so please be careful with them
