Summary: This property has a massive open field on a gentle slope leading down to the Guadalupe river. There are several benches beside the water with pleasant shade from big old trees. Simply sitting, listening to the frogs sing is a magical experience. The cabin itself is small, but adequate. The only negative during our stay was that the sheets and blanket tucked inside the fold-out couch were overdue for replacement: noticeable stains and torn cloth. We left a note when checking out, and hope there will be new bedding waiting for the next lucky guest.
