an updated gem on canandaigua lake with gorgeous panoramic views of the lake from every room with a wraparound porch Hardwood floors, laundry facilities, garage, grill and dock space are included.
the property consists of 2 homes, the main house and the guest house The unit being rented is the guest house which sits above the main house overlooking the lake. There is a private entrance and garage for the guest house. The only shared area is the dock.
the lake is accessed via gradual steps There is a level fire pit area half way to the lake. The lake front is level and great for swimming or fishing.
in the guest house the living room features a large open area with a queensize pullout sofa, chair and a large screen tv The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of counter space and a dinning table that can accommodate 6 people. The floor plan is open as the kitchen opens to the living room.
