once you enter the beautiful arched wooden double doors you will immediately see the private pool and ocean views for miles! the villa sits surrounded by palm trees and beautiful island tropical foliage providing total seclusion The villa grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation, custom stone walkways and two stone private patio areas.

four large bedrooms have brand new black out drapery on the windows and sliding doors Each with ensuite bathroom, Split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort.
one of the bedrooms features a king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated
kitchen has mahogany cabinets with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with plates, pot and pans etc
the living room has leather sofas, hd tv, wi-fi and ac
the two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging Brand new large grill with side burner as of August 2025.
