You will find a luxury garden area with hot tub & sauna, also pamper room ready to be used over the duration of your stay if required.

there is a bus stop only 1minute walk from the property to get you into bournemouth which is a 30minute ride via bus, taxi are also local with just a phone call, we can also provide the service with a mini bus to get you into town on request only at additional costs, we can also help you plan your trip to get you on your way for days out to the best locations of the south coast & wild days out for extreme adventures put yourself to the challenge & take on some of our top attractions
