Our fun and eclectic beach home is the perfect family getaway in Long Beach. Great location: the house is on a safe and quiet east end street, steps to the beach, boardwalk, Snack Shack, Pacific playground, stores and restaurants. The one-of-a-kind yard has an outdoor pizza oven, bar & grill, patio with TV, game room, fireplace and outdoor shower. Inside you will find whimsical, nautically-themed decor throughout. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full bed), sunroom with sleeper-sofa, and 2 baths. The home includes up to 4 beach passes, laundry, split unit AC, office space for remote work, 1 GB wifi, and off-street parking for up to 2 cars. The LIRR is nearby, for trips to NYC in under 1 hour. Our home is available to rent for 4 weeks (28 days) in July / August..
