also please remember this property is a cottage of an old victorian rectory, and used to be stables, a school and a parish hall - in that order! so it is not a new barratt home!! and we are rural so whereas we have the joys of english country living and we are very careful about our properties being spotlessly clean at all times, we do come across the odd cobweb / fly!!!
