the condo features a single step for entry, and there are no stairs inside Additionally, there is an outdoor shower right outside the condo, which is wide enough for wheelchair access. While it is not officially ADA compliant, it comes close.

the san clemente pier bowl is designed like a quaint spanish walking village, featuring cozy cafes, a fantastic coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store, and two excellent restaurants There's also a waterfront park and a beach walking trail. During your stay, you could easily manage without needing to use your car at all.

- we allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. we have a small "dog park" on-site, and san clemente is a pet-friendly area!
- the unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.
