the space:
attention: this unit is called a loft because the bedroom has a low ceiling (7ft) It has not been a problem for any guest so far (over 200 stays) but we just don't want anyone to be surprised.

- this condo is part of a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, with all six units owned and operated by us Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is condo #1 of 6.
- we allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. we have a small "dog park" on-site, and san clemente is a pet-friendly area!
- the unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.
