There is a sunken hot tub with direct access to the primary suite. Step off the deck where a private beach path leads right to the water's edge and a 7 mile stretch of sandy beach.

On game day, hang out downstairs and enjoy rooting for your favorite team on the 75" flat screen TV with smart BluRay player. The wet bar is a perfect place to set out hors d'oeuvres and drinks. At half time have fun in the garage where there is a super game room with Pool, Ping Pong and Shuffle Board.
