this house has something for everyone Adults and kids will enjoy views of beautiful sunsets, harbor seals at 'the point', and long beach walks. Everyone will enjoy the hot tub and your well-mannered dog will love it all! Annie's House is inviting, warm, and very comfortable. The open floor plan, large stone fireplace (wood not provided) and wall of windows will set the tone for the perfect family gathering. we'll let the pictures tell the story!
this home is a wonderful retreat for a couple, small family or two couples A Bose music system and Wi-Fi are provided. There are 2 flat screen TVs ( master bedroom and living room) with Netflix subscription. The house has two bedrooms, one with a new king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen-sofa sleeper ( w memory foam topper) in the living room. The master bedroom has an ocean view, TV, and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a stunning view of the Waldport bridge from its own private deck and a 6 person hot tub. You can view the bridge lights at night and sunrises in the morning! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect: dishes, glasses, silverware and appliances including coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, toaster as well as spices and some staples. You will love the view from the dining table, which seats eight.
other amenities include two full baths, separate laundry room with w/d and laundry sink for sandy towels A propane Weber grill is available seasonally. Also included is an attached two-car garage and protected porch for viewing the beach on those windy days. The single-level layout makes this house accessible for most guests.
if the beach isn't enough for you, there's the (seasonal) community pool ( for a fee) kite flying, tide pools ( nature is free!) dune buggies, the newport aquarium, rogue brewery, sea lion caves, yaquina and heceta head lighthouses...and the list goes on!

ps Every effort is made to be sure the house is as represented here. Obviously, there are times when things break, batteries fail or remotes go missing! (Just like your house!)
