location: peninsula’s stairway to heaven is conveniently located steps to the beach with world-class surfing, volleyball, and boating! the fabulous lido village with farm to table dining, first class restaurants and boutique shops all within walking distance! easy day excursions to disneyland (20 minutes away), universal studios, legoland, and more! world-class shopping at south coast plaza and fashion island is 10 minutes drive away world-class golfing at pelican hill is 10 minutes away! a major grocery store is walking distance! a playground just down the street! fine steak, italian, sushi bar, and casual restaurants along with a doughnut shop, ice cream, coffee house/bagel shop, fast food, dive shop and grocery store are down the street from the cottage! newport pier with 20-plus restaurants is a 6-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk along the oceanfront boardwalk!
