Location Location Location! This cozy lower level DUPLEX is just a short block from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. We are just 8 houses from the beach at 127 41st Street on the beach side of Balboa! We are on the corner of Balboa and 41st Street and just blocks from the Newport Pier, Pavillions grocery store, all the fine dining restaurants, and the basketball courts.
the home has a great private patio in the front for entertaining or just enjoying the sun The family room has high ceilings with a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, bright windows which make it great place to relax after a hard day at the beach or Disneyland. The kitchen is fully stocked and all floors are tile & wood.
the master bedroom has one queen bed and the second bedroom has one twin bed and bunk beds There is a two-car garage with one spot in the garage and one in the rear. The complimentary, shared washer & dryer are inside the garage.
