this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom updated historic oceanview cottage is fully equipped for all of your vacation cottage needs
it is conveniently located central to the balboa peninsula making it walking distance to all of the eateries and local shopping that the peninsula has to offer It is also situated just one house away from the white sandy beach with virtually no traffic noise, as we are nicely tucked into the coastline.
