Summary: Once we were able to get ahold of someone and were able to check into the property the property is great for the money! You can’t beat the location! Communication is atrocious. I reached out on the app a few days before our arrival as we had not received check in instructions. We still had not received check in instructions by our arrival in London. I called and texted the owner directly with no return communication for hours. I had to reach out to VRBO and spent a ton of time I should have been enjoying my vacation figuring out how to get into the leoperty. I finally heard back from the owner AFTER check in time. Once there the management company was very nice and he helped us with our bags as we were in the top floor and there is no elevator. Overall it’s a great value for the money but they definitely need to get better with communication and checks I. Instructions.
