the right temperature is up to the individual guest and for that reason, we do not have a lock on our thermostat
in terms of the right temperature to keep the apartment at, this can vary depending on the preferences of the guests and the climate in the area
standard rule of thumb is to have the nest thermostat set to around 19-20c If the temperature is set to 20c but the temperature in the flat falls down under 20c, the NEST automatically turns on the heating to reach the set temperature .
if the flat has reached the desired temperature you have set ,the nest will automatically switch off

• make sure to turn off the lights, heating, and any electronics when you leave the flat Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
• report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner damages must be paid by guests and will be reported to all relevant parties!
• the cleaners will arrive promptly around 1030am to clean and get the flat ready for the new guests arriving at 4pm!
• lock front door of the flat and metal gate and leave keys in the master lock Please mix the numbers on the Master lock and close it correctly.
