the backyard has a 10-foot fence to the right and behind it (on the other side are unused parking lots) We only share one side with our neighbor and there is a 6-foot fence. You may occasionally hear or see the neighbors from the front yard, but they are lovely and have lived there for 30 years.

our home is located at the edge of a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood that's in the midst of transformation The area blends old and new — you’ll see beautifully remodeled homes (like ours!) alongside more lived-in properties. We’re just half a block from a main street with easy access to shops and restaurants (and across the street is a local movie theater), yet our home sits at the beginning of a quieter residential area. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and full of character — a great spot for travelers looking to experience a more authentic slice of the city. lastly, a 10-minute walk away you will find mill creek and fitts park, a fantastic children’s playground equipped with ziplines, jungle gyms, and a creek that when timed right is full of ducks!
