you and everyone in your party must conserve water *no baths*
this house is off the grid and every drop of water is precious Please make sure everyone is doing their best to conserve as much as possible.
limit showers to under 5 minutes Do not let the water run while you brush your teeth. Bring some drinking water along with you, bring paper plates and cups to cut down on dish water. Fill the dishwasher full before running it, handwashing dishes is less efficient then doing a full load of dishes in the dishwasher. If its yellow let mellow...etc. Laundry machines are mainly there for housekeeping. If possible please limit personal use of the laundry.

pets are welcome but they must be included on your reservation at the time of booking If you are booking for two people and one pet, please ensure that the pet is shown when you reach the confirm and pay screen. We ask that you and your pet adhere to the following rules.
dogs are not allowed on the bedding or furniture Pets are not to be left unattended in the room unless crated. You will be billed for any damages caused by pets in your reservation.
no unapproved pets and no cats, $1000 fine for unapproved pets in the house
pet owners need to be mindful of wildlife - coyotes are abundant
no confetti allowed There will be a $100 charge for us to clean up confetti.
no extra guests are allowed on property beyond the total number of guests that are booked on the reservation without prior permission Anyone who will be on the property must be added to the guest count and included in the reservation.
we do have an option to add an extra guest fee for guests counts past 8, this covers water usage, trash, laundry, wear and tear as well as housekeeping You would need to provide the air mattress etc.

Upon completion of cooking on any outdoor cooking equipment, guests must immediately and thoroughly extinguish the heat source.
guests must use caution while walking on the property, especially at night when it can be very dark Guests need to be alert while outside to avoid tripping on rocks, or contacting local vegetation (cacti, etc.) and animals (snakes, etc.).
