pet policy: dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two Approval in writing and a $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines.

pool heating details
- pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $125 per night
- the pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures As the pools are outside we have them set for 87 degrees, but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.
- we generally recommend that the pool be heated from october 15th through may 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature
- to ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
check-in and check-out:
- free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time
- upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
