Enjoy West Palm Beach's beautiful and exclusive SoSo (South of Southern) neighborhood while staying in this beautifully renovated 2,000 s/f 3 bed/3 bath right by the water. This lush landscaped tropical retreat is 9 minutes to the airport, 6 houses to the inter-coastal, east of South Olive and a few minutes to the beach. located within a short drive to downtown west palm beach, lake worth and palm beach, all of which are packed with great shopping and restaurants!

this property is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet residential neighborhood This is our vacation home and our neighbors are wonderful. We kindly ask that you respect them in every way while you are our guest.
please do not adjust the pool heater Any temperature above 85 degrees will create a surcharge for the guest.
please respect the neighbors - no loud music or parties and no more than 6 guests on-site
no more than 2 cars, which should be parked in the driveway at all times
