Our newly remodeled 1840s farmhouse is 2 miles from the village of Cazenovia and its lovely lake. Nestled in the hills with magnificent views enjoy peaceful country living on one of the most beautiful country roads in Central New York.
the first floor of our light filled farmhouse is very spacious, featuring a front parlor, living room, dining room, full kitchen with all new appliances and amenities (including a microwave, coffee maker, tea, & coffee), washer & dryer, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms The second floor features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. We provide window unit air conditioners for the 3 bedrooms.
short drive to vineyards, breweries, orchards, fine dining, quaint shops, cross country skiing, hiking, downhill skiing, snowmobiling, fly fishing, biking, colleges and universities to name a few activities
the private pool is for guests use HOWEVER, there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and NO DIVING.
